15. The Diversion of Roads, Special Ordinance 1862.

Title. Preamble.

1. The Superintendent may construct lines of road set forth in Schedules A and

B.

2. Compensation to be made for damage done to Owners by construction of said lines.

This Ordinance was passed by the Canterbury Provincial Council on 2nd December 1862, and assented to be the Superintendent on 3rd December. It was disallowed by the Governor. See New Zealand Government Gazette, No.

14, 21st April 1863, 140p.
