1. Superintendent may lease land described in Schedule to John Jenkin

Peacock.

2. Superintendent may resume possession of land so leased.

This Ordinance was passed by the Canterbury Provincial Council on 29th November 1859, and reserved for the assent of the Governor who withheld his assent.
