2. The Railway and Harbour Works Fund Ordinance 1864 Repeal Ordinance

1868.

Whereas it is expedient that the “Railway and Harbour Works Fund Ordinance

1864” should be repealed:

Be it therefore enacted by the Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:

1. Repealing Clause.

The said recited Ordinance is hereby repealed.

2. Title.

This Ordinance shall be entitled and may be cited as “The Railway and Harbour

Work Fund Ordinance 1864 Repeal Ordinance.”
