Pistol shooting club must have certificate of approval
38B Pistol shooting club must have certificate of approval
1 A pistol
shooting club must hold a certificate of approval issued by the Commissioner.
2 A person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not
exceeding $10,000 if the person, without reasonable excuse, establishes or
operates a pistol shooting club without the club holding a certificate of
approval.
