ARMS ACT 1983 - SECT 38L
Shooting ranges must be certified
38L Shooting ranges must be certified
1 A person may not operate a shooting
range unless the shooting range is a certified shooting range.
2 A person
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000
if the person, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1).
