Commissioner may make inquiries and request further information
38T Commissioner may make inquiries and request further information
On
receipt of an application for certification, the Commissioner may— a) make
whatever inquiries the Commissioner considers necessary to determine whether
the application should be granted; and
b) request the applicant to provide
any further information or documents that the Commissioner considers necessary
to determine whether the application should be granted.
