ARMS ACT 1983 - SECT 50D
Unlawfully carrying or possessing prohibited firearm in public place
50D Unlawfully carrying or possessing prohibited firearm in public place
Every person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 5 years who, without lawful purpose, carries or
possesses a prohibited firearm in a public place.
