COMMERCE ACT 1986 - SECT 106A
Judicial notice
106A Judicial notice
For the purposes of this Act, judicial notice shall be
taken in all courts and for all purposes of— a) the common seal of the
Commission:
b) the signature of any person holding, or who has held, office
as the chairperson, deputy chairperson, or a member of the Commission on a
document that appears to be a document made on behalf of the Commission:

the official seal of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission:
d)
the official signature of any person holding, or who has held, office as the
chairperson, deputy chairperson, or a member, of the Australian Competition
and Consumer Commission on a document that appears to be a document made on
behalf of that Commission.
