Functions of Commission in relation to dissemination of information
25 Functions of Commission in relation to dissemination of information
In addition to the functions conferred on the Commission by this Act, the
Commission shall make available or co-operate in making available information
with respect to— a) the carrying out of the functions and the exercise of
the powers of the Commission under this Act; and
b) the purposes and
provisions of this Act.
