52V Commission process for determining input methodologies
1 When the
Commission begins work on an input methodology, it must publish a notice of
intention to do so that— a) outlines the process that will be followed; and
b) sets out the proposed time frames.
2 During the course of its work on an
input methodology, the Commission— a) must publish a draft methodology; and
b) must give interested persons a reasonable opportunity to give their views
on that draft methodology; and
c) may hold 1 or more conferences; and
d)
must have regard to any views received from interested persons within any time
frames set.
3 Despite subsections (1) and (2), any work done or action taken
(including any consultation) by the Commission on input methodologies before
the commencement of this section may be treated by the Commission and any
person consulted as work done or action taken under this section.
4 The
Commission must consult with interested parties before deciding to treat
earlier work or action as work or action done under this section.
