54G Certain electricity lines services are also subject to default/customised
price-quality regulation
1 All electricity lines services (other than those
supplied by Transpower) are subject to default/customised price-quality
regulation under this Part unless they are exempt.
2 All electricity lines
services that are supplied by a supplier that is consumer-owned are exempt
(unless an Order in Council has been made in respect of the service under
section 54H ).
