COMMERCE ACT 1986 - SECT 57R
Water efficiency
57R Water efficiency
In performing or exercising its functions and powers
under this subpart, the Commission may take into account the efficient use of
water resources in relation to water services, including reuse, conservation,
and demand management.

section 14 of the Local Government (Water Services) (Repeals and Amendments)
