COMMERCE ACT 1986 - SECT 57X

57X Purpose of this Part

The purpose of this Part is to provide for—

a) consumer protection by water services suppliers to which this Part applies; and

b) improvements in the quality of service provided to consumers by those suppliers, to reflect consumer demands.
