57ZN Court may grant injunctions for contravention of Commission service
quality code
The court may, on application by the Commission or any other
person, grant an injunction— a) restraining a person from
engaging in conduct that constitutes or would constitute a contravention, an
attempted contravention, or involvement in a contravention of a Commission
service quality code; or
b) requiring a person to do a thing if— i) that
person has refused or failed, is refusing or failing, or is proposing to
refuse or fail, to do that thing; and
ii) the refusal or failure was, is, or
would be a contravention of an information disclosure requirement or a
Commission service quality code.
