COMMERCE ACT 1986 - SECT 57ZU

57ZU Remedies

1 Sections 79A, 87(5) and (6), and 87A(3) apply in respect of proceedings under this subpart.

2 For the purposes of this Act, the remedies set out in sections 57ZR to 57ZT are civil liability remedies.
