COMMERCE ACT 1986 - SECT 7

7 Relationship with law on restraint of trade

1 Nothing in this Act limits or affects any rule of law relating to restraint of trade not inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act.

3 No rule of law referred to in subsection (1) affects the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Act.
