Determination of appeals
93 Determination of appeals
In determining an appeal under section 91(1) ,
the court may do any of the following: a) confirm, modify, or reverse the
determination or any part of it:
b) exercise any of the powers that could
have been exercised by the Commission in relation to the matter to which the
appeal relates.
