Reporting on use of co-operation arrangements
99L Reporting on use of co-operation arrangements
The Commission’s annual
report must report on the use and operation of co-operation arrangements
during the period covered by the report, and include information on— a) the
number and general nature of requests for information and investigative
assistance received from recognised overseas regulators; and
b) the number
and general nature of requests for information and investigative assistance
that the Commission has made to recognised overseas regulators.
