Sharing of non-compulsorily acquired information not affected
99M Sharing of non-compulsorily acquired information not affected
Except to
the extent that non-compulsorily acquired information is dealt with in a
co-operation arrangement, the ability of the Commission to provide
non-compulsorily acquired information to an overseas regulator is not affected
by— a) sections 99B to 99L ; or
b) whether or not the overseas regulator is
a recognised overseas regulator.
