COURT MARTIAL ACT 2007 - SECT 65
Court Martial must adhere to sentencing guidelines
When sentencing an offender, the Court Martial must pass a sentence that is
consistent with any sentencing guidelines that are relevant in the offender's
case, unless the court is satisfied that it would be contrary to the interests
of justice to do so.
