COURT MARTIAL ACT 2007 - SECT 9
Court Martial must sit in divisions
1 For the purposes of any proceedings in the Court Martial, the court must sit
in divisions each comprising 1 Judge.
2 Each division of the Court Martial
may exercise all the powers of the court.
3 A division of the Court Martial
may exercise any powers of the court even though 1 or more divisions of the
court are exercising any powers of the court at the same time.
