1 Amend the Acts and secondary legislation specified in Schedules 2 and 3 and
Part 1 of Schedule 4 as set out in those schedules.
2 Amend the secondary
legislation specified in Part 2 of Schedule 4 as set out in that schedule.

The
Education (Statistics New Zealand Authorised to Use National Student Numbers) Regulations 2008
(SR 2008/134) are revoked.
