EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS ACT 2000 - SECT 230

230 Entry of dwellinghouses

No Labour Inspector may, under section 229 or 229A , enter in or be on any dwellinghouse unless he or she either—

a) has the consent of an occupier of that dwellinghouse; or

b) is authorised to do so by a warrant issued under section 231 .
