HARASSMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 20
Court may impose special conditions
1 Where the court makes a restraining order, it may impose any conditions that
are reasonably necessary, in the opinion of the court, to protect the person
for whose protection the order is made from further harassment by the
respondent, or the associated respondent, or both.
2 Where the court imposes
a condition under this section, it may specify the period during which the
condition is to have effect.
3 In the absence of a direction under subsection
(2), a special condition has effect for the duration of the restraining order,
unless sooner varied or discharged.
