HARASSMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 35

35 Application of provisions relating to minors, etc

Sections 11 and 13 , so far as applicable and with the necessary modifications, apply in relation to—

a) the making and prosecution of an appeal under section 34 or section 36 ; and

b) the defending of any such appeal—

as they apply in relation to the making of an application for a restraining order.
