Meaning of act done to person
5 Meaning of act done to person
An act is
"done to" a person (
"person A" ), for the purposes of this Act, if that act is done— a) in
relation to person A; or
b) in relation to any other person (
"person B" ) with whom person A is in a family relationship, and the doing of
the act is due, wholly or partly, to person A's family relationship with
person B.
