LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 123
Secondary legislation must be confirmed by deadline (or otherwise will be revoked)
123 Secondary legislation must be confirmed by deadline (or otherwise will be
revoked)
If secondary legislation to which this subpart applies is not
confirmed on or before the deadline, the legislation is revoked on the
deadline (if it is still in force).
