LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 132
Powers of Chief Parliamentary Counsel
The Chief Parliamentary Counsel
has all the powers that are reasonably necessary or expedient to carry out the
functions, duties, and powers imposed on the Chief Parliamentary Counsel by or
under this Act or any other legislation.
