LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 138
Other employees of PCO
138 Other employees of PCO
1 The Chief Parliamentary Counsel may appoint
such other employees as the Chief Parliamentary Counsel thinks necessary for
the efficient performance or exercise of the functions, duties, and powers of
the Chief Parliamentary Counsel and the PCO.
2 A person appointed under this
section is an employee for the purposes of the Employment Relations Act 2000 .
