LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 139
Remuneration and conditions of appointment of Chief Parliamentary Counsel
1 The Chief Parliamentary Counsel is paid the remuneration and allowances
determined by the Remuneration Authority.
2 The terms and conditions of
appointment of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel are determined from time to
time by the Attorney-General unless otherwise provided in this Act.
