LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 141

141 Collective agreements

1 The Chief Parliamentary Counsel must conduct any negotiations for a collective agreement under the Employment Relations Act 2000 —

a) with a union of which employees are members; and

b) in consultation with the Public Service Commissioner.

2 In this section,
"union" has the meaning given to that term by section 5 of the Employment Relations Act 2000 .
