Employment principles
142 Employment principles
The Chief Parliamentary Counsel must operate a
personnel policy that complies with the principle of being a good employer by
following, as if the Chief Parliamentary Counsel were the chief executive of a
department, sections 73 and 74 of the Public Service Act 2020 .
