LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 20
Words used in secondary legislation or other instruments have same meaning as in empowering legislation
A word or an expression used in secondary legislation, or in any instrument,
has the same meaning as it has, from time to time, in the legislation under
which the secondary legislation or instrument is made.
