Amendments made to secondary legislation by Act do not prevent later amendments
42 Amendments made to secondary legislation by Act do not prevent later
amendments
Secondary legislation amended or replaced by an Act may be amended, revoked,
or replaced by later secondary legislation as if the amendment or replacement
had been made by secondary legislation.
