Power to make includes power to amend or revoke
48 Power to make includes power to amend or revoke
1 The power to make secondary legislation or any other instrument includes the
power to— a) amend or revoke the legislation or instrument:
b) replace the
legislation or instrument.
2 Requirements that apply in relation to making
the secondary legislation or other instrument also apply, with all necessary
modifications, in relation to its amendment, revocation, or replacement.
