LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 59
Meaning of revision Act and old law
In sections 60 to 62 ,—
"old law" , in relation to a revision Act, means the law as expressed in the
Acts or parts of Acts repealed by and incorporated in the
revision Act
"revision Act" means a revision Bill prepared and certified under subpart 3 of
Part 3 , once that Bill has been enacted.
