LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 73
Maker must publish secondary legislation not published by PCO (if required)
1 This section applies to secondary legislation that is not published by the
PCO.
2 The maker of the secondary legislation must comply with the
applicable publication requirements (if any) for that secondary legislation.
3 For the purpose of this Act and any other legislation, the
secondary legislation is published under this Act when the maker first
complies with the applicable publication requirements.
