LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 82
Power to revoke spent secondary legislation and other instruments
1 The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, on the recommendation of the
Attorney-General, revoke any secondary legislation or other instrument.

Before making a recommendation, the Attorney-General must be satisfied that
the secondary legislation or other instrument has ceased to have effect or is
no longer required.
3 This section is in addition to any other power to
revoke the secondary legislation or other instrument.
4 An order under this
section is secondary legislation (see this Part for publication requirements).
