Attorney-General directions under this Part
83 Attorney-General directions under this Part
1 The PCO must carry out the functions in this Part subject to any directions
by the Attorney-General— a) about the matters set out in section 67 :
b)
consistent with this Act and regulations made under this Act, about— i) the
form in which legislation or consolidations of legislation (or any class of
them) must be published (including the omission of signatures and formal or
introductory parts); and
ii) any other matters concerning the publication of
legislation or proposed legislation or minimum legislative information.
2 A
direction given by the Attorney-General under this Part must be given to the
PCO in writing.
