LEGISLATION ACT 2019 - SECT 9
Application of this Part
9 Application of this Part
1 A provision of this Part applies to legislation that is part of the laws of
New Zealand unless— a) the legislation provides otherwise; or
b) the
context of the legislation requires a different interpretation.
2 The
provisions of this Part also apply to the interpretation of this Act.
