PARENTAL LEAVE AND EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 19
Duration of Partner’s leave
19 Duration of Partner’s leave
Partner’s leave must be taken in 1
continuous period not exceeding— a) 2 weeks if the employee meets the
12-month employment test; or
b) 1 week if the employee meets the 6-month
employment test.
