PARENTAL LEAVE AND EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 30J

30J Penalty

1 An employer who does not comply with section 30D is liable to a penalty not exceeding $2,000, imposed by the Employment Relations Authority.

2 The penalty is payable to the employee concerned.

History: Section 30J: inserted, on 1 April 2016, by section 34 of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Act 2016 (2016 No 8).
