PARENTAL LEAVE AND EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 65
Remedies
65 Remedies
In the case of any alleged breach of any of the provisions of
this Act, any decision made for the purposes of this Act may, if it includes a
finding that any of the provisions of this Act have been breached by the
employer, provide for any 1 or more of the following: a) the reinstatement of
the employee in the employee's former position or in a position not less
advantageous to the employee:
b) the reimbursement to the employee of a sum
equal to the whole or any part of any wages lost by the employee:
c) the
payment to the employee of compensation by the employer.
