PARENTAL LEAVE AND EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION ACT 1987 - SECT 71F
Subsequent parental leave payments
A person is not entitled to a
parental leave payment in respect of a child if— a) fewer than 6 months have
elapsed after the end of the period for which the person received a
parental leave payment for another child; or
b) section 71D(2) applies (which
prevents a person receiving parental leave payments more than once in respect
of the same child).
History: Section 71F: replaced, on 1 April 2016, by
section 60 of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Amendment Act 2016
(2016 No 8).
