SENTENCING ACT 2002 - SECT 54D
Sentences of intensive supervision in respect of 2 or more offences must be served concurrently
54D Sentences of intensive supervision in respect of 2 or more offences must
be served concurrently
If a court imposes a sentence of intensive
supervision in respect of each of 2 or more offences (whether on the same
occasion or on different occasions), the sentences must be served
concurrently.
