TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 2
Commencement
2 Commencement
1 Parts 1 and 2 and Schedules 1 and 2 come into force on a date appointed by
the Governor-General by Order in Council.
2 The rest of this Act comes into
force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
3 An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the
Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
History: Section 2(1):
Parts 1 and 2 and Schedules 1 and 2 brought into force, on 11 October 2013,
by clause 2 of the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act Commencement Order 2013
(SR 2013/342). Section 2(3): inserted, on 28 October 2021, by
section 3 of the Secondary Legislation Act 2021 (2021 No 7).
