Powers of New Zealand court or tribunal in Australia
43 Powers of New Zealand court or tribunal in Australia
For the purposes of a remote appearance from Australia under section 23(4) or
leave given under section 38 , the New Zealand court or tribunal may exercise
in Australia all its powers that it is permitted to exercise in Australia
under Australian law.
