TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS ACT 2010 - SECT 48
Place from which remote appearance made part of Australian court or tribunal
48 Place from which remote appearance made part of Australian court or
tribunal
For the purposes of sections 45 and 46 , the place in New Zealand from which
a remote appearance is made in a hearing in or related to a proceeding before
an Australian court or tribunal is deemed to be part of that court or
tribunal.
