Procedural rules
9 Procedural rules
1 Rules may be made, under any powers given by any Act to make procedural
rules of a court or tribunal, prescribing anything that is required to be
prescribed or necessary for carrying this Act into effect.
2 Subsection (1)
does not limit any of those powers.
