TERRORISM SUPPRESSION ACT 2002 - SECT 30

30 Information available to Prime Minister

In considering whether to make, revoke, or renew a designation under section 20, 22, 29B, 29C, or 35D, the Prime Minister may take into account any relevant information, including classified security information.
